A Content Strategy That Helps You Grow

A Content Strategy That Helps You Grow

A plan your content can actually
grow from.

Most small businesses create content reactively — posting when inspiration strikes, going quiet when life gets busy, and never quite sure if any of it is working. The Crunch Method changes that.

I use a structured, three-pillar framework to build a custom strategy for your business — one that gives every piece of content a job to do, whether it's introducing you to someone new, convincing a warm lead to take action, or deepening loyalty with the people who already love what you do.

This isn't a generic posting calendar. It's a strategy built around your specific goals, your audience, and the way your business actually operates — seasonal rhythms and all. And it works across social media, newsletters, website copy, and blog content.

The Crunch Method

Three pillars. Every piece of content earns its place.

The Crunch Method organizes your content into three purposeful categories, each one reaching your audience at a different moment in their relationship with you.

Pillar 01 — Demand Generation — 50%

For people who don't know you yet. Educational, community-connected, seasonally relevant. Builds awareness and trust before the ask.

Pillar 02 — Demand Conversion — 30%

For people already interested. Service and product spotlights, clear calls to action. Turns curiosity into a decision.

Pillar 03 — Loyalty & Advocacy — 20%

For your existing customers. Behind-the-scenes, community celebration, referral prompts. Turns loyal customers into your best marketing.

How It Works

We start with discovery. Everything follows from that.

Before I build anything, I need to understand your business deeply — not just what you sell, but who you're talking to, what makes you different, and what you want your content to actually accomplish. Here's how that unfolds:

1. Discovery Questionnaire You complete my 22-question Discovery Questionnaire — a guided exercise covering your audience, your voice, your competitors, and your goals. This is the most important step. The more honest and specific your answers, the stronger your strategy.

2. Strategy Session We meet (usually by video) to go deeper on your answers, talk through what's working and what isn't, and align on direction before I start building.

3. Your Crunch Method Content Playbook I deliver a custom strategy document: your content pillars, your audience definition, your POV, your tone guidelines, and a content roadmap organized around The Crunch Method. This is the document that drives everything — whether I'm creating your content or you are.

4. Monthly Content (Optional) If you choose the Monthly Content Consulting option, I build on your Playbook each month to deliver ready-to-use content — captions, graphics direction, and a calendar — mapped to your pillars and your season.
